Hi, I’m Kara McDonough, a virtual, and in person event planner based in Ventura County California.

Ever since I was a little kid, I’ve had a passion for planning and decorating—especially for birthdays. I was always the one making sure my friends and family had the most memorable and joy-filled celebrations possible. That childhood love turned into a lifelong calling. Today, I pour that same excitement and care into every event I plan—whether it’s for close friends, family, or new clients. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping people celebrate the special moments and loved ones in their lives, and I’m honored to be part of those memories.
